Fudgy Wudgy Cookies



  1. Preheat oven to 180C (electric) or 170C (fan-forced)
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar
  3. Add vanilla essence and egg, mix well
  4. Stir in flour and cocoa
  5. Stir in choc chips
  6. Drop level tablespoons of mixture onto trays covered with baking paper (cookies will spread lots)
  7. Bake for 9 minutes
  8. Place trays on wire racks, stand for 5 minutes
  9. Transfer biscuits to cooling racks (or straight into your stomach)
  10. Save some for me
